David Ellis
David Ellis is a New Zealand artist who is known for bold line work and a strong connection to industrial design aesthetics in his work. David studied for three years at the Browne School of Art in Grey Lynn Auckland where he refined his visual language and developed a distinctive graphic style.
Drawing inspiration from urban landscapes and mechanical forms, his work often explores the intersection of structure and abstraction. Through a minimalist yet expressive approach, David creates compositions that evoke strength and movement.
David’s practice continues to evolve, reflecting a deep curiosity about materials, form, and the dialogue between human-made environments and artistic expression.
