Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident and happy with your purchase. Therefore, we will do everything we can to help you find the perfect piece. Prior to purchase, if you’d like to see additional photos, ask questions, or get help choosing an artwork, please contact us as we are here to help.

However, because of the nature of each artwork being unique and original, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

Damaged Orders:

All items are carefully and securely packaged for safe delivery. If, on rare occasion, an item arrives damaged, please check the item upon receipt by the courier and advise us within 24 hours by email hello@risingcreativestudio.com. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — either through a refund, credit, or other resolution depending on the situation.

The customer is responsible for paying for freight charges when returning a purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Lost Parcels:
If your item has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment or lodging a claim with the carrier.

Change of Mind:
We cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
