Shipping Policy

We currently ship original artwork to New Zealand and Australia only.

Processing Time:
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom packaging is used to protect each piece during transit. Packing and delivery are coordinated by Rising Creative Studio and may be handled by trusted third party logistics providers where appropriate. 

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times:

Small / Medium / Large

  • New Zealand North Island: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • New Zealand South Island: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Australia (Main centres): 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Australia (All else): 5–8 business days after dispatch

Extra Large

  • New Zealand North Island: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • New Zealand South Island: 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Australia (Main centers): 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Australia (All else): 5–9 business days after dispatch

Delays due to customs or public holidays may occur.

Customs & Import Fees (Australia):
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in Australia. These are not included in our shipping charges.

Packaging:
All artworks are securely packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
